Can someone tell me if this trolley is worth the extra money?

I'm running a small logistics company in Dubai South and we're constantly moving heavy boxes and equipment between our storage unit and delivery vans, and right now we're using these cheap hand trucks that are honestly on their last legs. I've been browsing Crateco's website and I'm really tempted by their heavy-duty options, especially since they seem to have a good reputation for quality industrial equipment. I'm trying to decide between two models, and I'm leaning towards the bigger one because it seems more versatile in the long run, even though it costs quite a bit more. Specifically, I'm looking at this platform trolley 500kg that looks like it could handle anything we throw at it, but I'm wondering if it's actually overkill for our needs since most of our loads are probably closer to 200-300kg on average. The thing is, I've learned the hard way that buying something just good enough for today usually means replacing it sooner than you'd like when your needs grow or you get that one unexpectedly heavy shipment. I'm also curious about how maneuverable it is in tight spaces, because our storage area is pretty cramped and we need something that can turn easily without scraping walls or knocking things over. Does anyone here use this particular trolley and can tell me if it's worth the investment compared to the lighter duty options? Also, how do the wheels hold up on slightly rough concrete surfaces, because our warehouse floor has some uneven patches from years of heavy use? I'd really appreciate any real-world feedback before I make this purchase.
